The Pakistan Hockey Federation has announced the management team for the national men’s side ahead of the upcoming World Cup Qualifiers in Egypt, scheduled from March 1 to 7, 2026.
Olympian Khawaja Junaid has been appointed as head coach, bringing his extensive experience to guide the team through the high-stakes tournament. Supporting him, Azfar Yaqoob will serve as assistant coach, helping with tactical preparations and player development.
The technical team also includes Sultan Ashraf as video analyst, responsible for match analysis and performance review, and Farrukh Atiq Khan, who will oversee administrative and logistical coordination for the squad.
