New reports have shed light on Meghan Markle’s alleged demanding behavior behind the scenes, with former insiders claiming the Duchess of Sussex maintains an unusually high level of control over every detail of her public image.

Celebrity reporter Rob Shuter revealed the claims on his Substack, citing several sources who described working for Meghan as “intense” and “exhausting.”

According to the report, Meghan reportedly insists on reviewing every piece of communication before it is released — “every headline, every comma.” One insider claimed, “She’s impossible. Every headline, every comma — Meghan has to approve it.”

The source further alleged that staff members who disagreed with her or challenged her directions didn’t last long. “If you push back against Meghan, you’re gone,” the insider said.

The report also recounted what were described as “horror stories” from her staff, including “midnight meltdowns” and last-minute demands. One former employee claimed, “She’d call at 1 a.m. asking for rewrites or edits.”

Another insider detailed what they called “Red Carpet Rage,” saying Meghan once grew upset over poor lighting that she felt made her look “like a politician, not a princess.”

While Meghan has not responded to these recent claims, the report paints a stark contrast between her and Prince Harry. According to one source, “Harry tries to play peacemaker, but no one can keep up with her expectations. It’s not a PR problem — it’s a Meghan problem.”

The revelations echo earlier allegations made by former royal aides who accused the Duchess of being “difficult to work with,” claims Meghan and her representatives have previously denied.

Since stepping back from royal duties in 2020, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have relocated to California and focused on building their media ventures, including their Archewell foundation, documentaries, and production deals.
